How teacher matching works

Our team helps arrange a suitable teacher based on the learner's needs, preferences and teacher availability.

  1. Free assessment

Understand the learner's current level and goals.

  2. Discuss preferences

Discuss teacher preference, communication needs and suitable class times.

  3. Academy matching

The academy then arranges a suitable teacher from those details and current availability.

  4. Optional trial

An optional trial may be arranged where useful before regular classes begin.

  5. Regular classes

Once the learning plan and teacher arrangement are agreed, regular one-to-one classes begin.

Teacher preference & availability

Families can request a male or female teacher. Teacher preference, communication needs and suitable class times are discussed during assessment or follow-up. Arrangements depend on teacher availability. See the teachers overview, fees and schedules, classes for kids, and how we match an online Quran teacher.

Tell us about the learner and we'll discuss teacher preference, scheduling and a suitable starting path.

Families who would like additional Islamic learning may request a short Islamic Studies segment at the end of a Quran lesson, where suitable for the learner and schedule.

  • Daily Duas
  • Islamic Manners
  • Basic Beliefs
  • Salah Guidance
  • Seerah appropriate to learner level
  • Optional — not required as part of every class.
  • Generally offered at the end of a class where appropriate.
  • May be shortened or skipped depending on goals and time.
  • Main Quran learning remains the primary focus of each session.
